A Chrome extension and teacher dashboard that delivers audio support for assessed students on managed Chromebooks — without storing any student data.
Teacher uploads
Sign in with your school Google account, upload the audio file, and get a short access code and exit word. Takes under a minute.
Student enters the code
The student types the access code into the AudioProctor extension on their Chromebook. A fullscreen, locked audio player opens immediately.
Teacher unlocks to exit
When the assessment is done, the teacher reads the exit word aloud. The student types it in, the player closes, and the Chromebook returns to normal.
Students are anonymous to the system. No names, no student IDs, no device identifiers. This isn't just a policy — it's structural. There's no place in the database to store student information.
The Chrome extension is force-installed via Google Admin Console. Every Chromebook in the division gets it automatically. Teachers never touch a settings page.
Designed around the real friction of delivering audio during assessments — not as an afterthought, but as the entire point. The access code model, the lockdown player, and the exit word were all built for classroom conditions.
AudioProctor sells to divisions, not individual teachers. A single annual contract covers every school, every teacher, and every Chromebook — at a price that scales with division enrolment, not with features.
Always free. No credit card.
Gives teachers enough to champion the tool internally before a division decision is made.
